Gino arrived in the UAE in 2004 and worked his way up the hard way. He started in the unit and locations departments, moved through the camera department, then climbed from coordinator to producer. Every rung, every role, real sets.
In 2014 he founded Old School Production, bringing more than a decade of regional experience with him. Today that adds up to 22 years across commercials, music videos, corporate films, documentaries, shorts and features.
His network of crew, suppliers and contacts, built over two decades, is still what makes the company move fast and deliver clean. That is the engine behind every OSP project, on Earth and now in AI.
